As cars are now taking longer to deliver, it would be useful to have regular updates, even if to just say everything on track. I had to chase and found the car was already in the country - would have been good to have been told that and then discuss handover dates

Normally I find car buying very stressful but Jason made the whole process very easy! A fabulous experience from start to finish and not that I’m in a hurry to change my car but I will go back to Knights when I am looking to change

From start to finish the service was excellent . Shaun was my main contact . He was professional and answered all my questions satisfactorily even those that had nothing to do with my visit but involved other personnel within Lookers to ensure I was happy .

Taylor was excellent. Very professional and polite, keeping me updated and informed throughout.Are you bringing back the complementary car cleaning? I get that during COVID it wasn’t practical, however with restrictions now lifted is it now more to do with cost saving than safety?

I used the taxi service provided to and from the dealership. The taxi company used were very poor. The taxis were not clean and the taxi booked was over an hour late.
