When booking by phone, not good you don’t go through to the dealership you want, you go in a queue and wait 20 mins. Not a good change

I dealt with a lady called Lauren, she is an absolute credit to BMW. Lovely young lady, that is smart, dealt with my service in a polite, professional manner and is the very reason that both my wife and I are long standing customers of this dealership. She called to ask about an issue with the service, which was dealt with quickly and professionally and called again minutes later to say the car was completed. When I came to the dealership I had already watched the video from the service team and I was also extremely impressed by the clean car I picked up. A1 from all of the staff and I am looking forward to getting my new vehicle from you in a couple of weeks

Knights are a professional organisation. Every one is friendly and helpful.They were unable to quote a car which offered all the refinements we enjoy with our present car because of the chip shortage.Mark was exceptional and was really helpful. I would recommend Knights to anyone.

I think the service desk team do a great job of promoting your brand. They make customers welcome and explain what is happening in lay terms. Those waiting whilst work is done are therefore inclined to look an new and used vehicles ready for change. The loss of personal connection due to the centralised service booking system is less positive. However the lady that used to answer the phone is still at Stoke and greets me on each visit, so don't lose sight of this aspect. 5% labour discount to pensioners on Wednesdays would also bring in a regular stream of prospective new car buyers.

Car took a while to be located on collection. Fob left on key ring and had to be returned

I have dealt with Knights BMW, Stoke on Trent for many years, having bought a number of cars here. The service has always been excellent and I must mention Richard Dixon, who has helped me with three of my car buys now and has always been so professional.I would recommend Rich to anyone wanting to buy a car from Knights. I now can't wait to receive my brand new 4 Series !

Front desk was good. Workshop organisation not so much!I has not impressed with dropping the car off at 8.30 & not getting any feedback until after 5.00pm which meant it was as necessary to bring the car back the following day. If safety check was carried out 1st thing, I wouldn't have lost another half day.

I had no calls about collection so at 5.15 I had to get a lift to collect as it would have too late for the taxi to pick me up as promised

From booking my MOT on line to dropping the car off at Knights Jordon checked my details and ask when I would like to pick up the car, I received a call 2 hours earlier than expected, car is ready. This suited me fine as I missed the rush hour traffic. Overall a very excellent service, I never have any issues with Knights. 10/10
