I had major concerns on a vehicle that was 3 years old and a major failing in the steering rack and quoted £2600 for the repair, then a hose failed and created more problems - especially as I had to get the vehicle to you from Buxton however, Leanne - Assistant Service Manager was brilliant throughout the process and supported the cost when I asked if there was any help available for the cost of the parts - It is very much appreciated

Booking experience lacked the usual personal touch with it being through a call centre.On entering the dealership, didn't expect to hear two colleagues using foul language behind me.Service advisor was really good and he was very polite and efficient.Price was higher than quoted by call centre staff taking the booking, service advisor amended price.Car not washed, I understand that your company can hide behind Covid but surely an external wash could still be completed. Feels like we are paying a premium price for a premium vehicle but dealing with Arnold Clark.

Lookers have been excellent, all staff efficient and very helpful and the service was completed very quickly. They were also very polite and offered seats, coffee and water for my dog - thank you! My only negative issues relate to the car itself, and mainly the iDrive 7 "lite" system. Sat Nav favourites are hard to reach (constantly hidden in a long list that won't remember my filter choices or allow me to allocate a shortcut directly to the favourites section of the addresses); they are very badly saved, consistently in the wrong place - setting a shortcut to a favourite location does not bring you back to the same place, as the previous 3 BMWs were all able to do perfectly each time; CarPlay is buggy in operation (thought this could also be iOS related rather than just BMW); profile still does not load correctly every time meaning I have to pull over and manually load my profile by entering a PIN before mirrors, seats, etc are correctly set.

Fast efficient service regarding replacement of pot holed tyre! Jordan kept me up to date every step of the way from receiving the car in from BMW emergency services , price of tyre and final completion .

The whole process to organize the M.O.T & Service on my car went very smoothly & was expertly carried out by the B.M.W staff in good time including the appropriate telephone communications.

Service desk staff on the day were excellent. The only comment I would add is the online booking system seemed very restrictive in terms of drop off, while you wait, courtesy car etc. and I had to call instead for a while you wait appointment. Also the video showing an advisory on the car didn't actually show the problem really and the 2nd advisory on the MOT wasn't even mentioned or shown on the video.
