You have an issue with the selections when people phone. Selection 4, body shop, always just rang out. Selecting 1 gave me someone in Scotland once, who couldn't help me at all. Googling BMW body shop stoke was not very productive either.

Why is it that two days after my vehicle came in for a major service do I get an Adblue warning light come on. Surely that would be something that is critical to the cars operation that the level would/should have been checked. This therefore a big surprise especially have had a £600+ bill for checking small things like seatbelt operation and windscreen wipers, but something that could cause my car to stop functioning was not included in the checks. I rang up and was told they would only check it if the warning lights were on. Not a very good customer service answer from a main dealer I'm afraid.

When I booked the recall for my BMW 5 series I asked about a courtesy car or collection/deliver as per my previous dealings with Knights. I was told that due to covid restrictions those options were unavailable. Only when booking in on the day did the receptionist say I would be entitled to a complimentary taxi collect & return..I then cancelled my own taxi booking. I think the restriction on not being able to offer a complimentary external wash was disapointing , I understand that being unable to do an internal mini valet was acceptable.

I would highlight the vehicle maintenance receptionist - her name was Taylor and she kept me informed of the progress throughout the two days my car was in the garage - excellent comumination
