I can’t praise Shannon’s professionalism enough. She delivered all I asked and although I didn’t make a purchase it was my decision to hold onto my current BMW for the time being. I initially thought of downsizing as I explained to Shannon however having test driven a couple of models I decided against doing the aforementioned. I was very satisfied with the trade in price for my X3 and the sales department couldn’t be faulted in any way for their efforts to satisfy my requirements.
