My overall experience with Eleanor, Charlie and Dan was excellent. Both John Hulse & Nick Mackenzie made the entire process seamless. For example they have had to order a missing rear headrest from the manufacturer (awaiting delivery) but are prepared to meet me/drop off once it has arrived!
