Adam was very helpful, polite and kept us informed from order to collection. The car valet was not as good as expected on a brand new car, glass was smeared. We await response regarding loose catch on glove box and poor stitching on drivers seat…again not what you would expect on a brand new car.

My initial contact with the dealership was rather slow, as I had to wait for a saleman to return my call. However, once I was contacted by Phil Cannan it was fine, and I was very pleased with the service and help that he gave. He always responded quickly to my queries, and was professional at all times.

Toby was extremely helpful throughout and made the whole transition smooth and stress free.

The staffs where very good. there had been a mix up on the courtesy car, but the staff sorted the problem very quickly.

Pete Cornes was excellent. He was relaxed and very pleasant. He answered all questions immediately and had excellent knowledge of vehicles. One day later and I’ve already had text from Motability re car renewal. I understand we have 8 months to wait for car but we can relax now, because of Pete and his understanding of my needs.
