I enquired about a vehicle in stock which we were going to do a deal on. However it transpired it had missed a service and unable to sell the car. I find this beyond strange after a AUC warranty had been put on the vehicle! Other than that, the experience up to that point was spot on.

Only thing that's annoying is that you can book your car in a time slot before 9am But then the doors aren't opened until 9am To hand keys in Show your left sitting on the car park for an hour

Service consultant Jordan as always was very helpful, I just feel having to pay £145 to have the screen washer jets unblocked on a nearly new vehicle is excessive Jordan explained why but I still feel it is very unreasonable for car still under warranty and a reason that it would fail an MOT.
