Pleasant & polite staff

I was not told about the tax cost of the vehicle (being over £40k) until the day of collection. So the fact I had to pay £520 tax and will have to subsequently pay this for the next 3 years was a bit of a shock. Overall though, the service and process was excellent and Richard Leeder was very knowledgable, considerate and professional throughout.

No follow up call post purchase

Over the last few years I have bought Audi and Mercedes cars and I can honestly say that the service we received from Richard Leeder was far superior. He put us at ease from the start and very knowledgeable about the product as we would expect but he just went that extra step to make sure we were happy with all the details. Great service would defiantly recommend anyone buying a car from you speak to Richard.

Dan was brilliant, we came car shopping with kids and he was so patient and accommodating despite the frequent interruptions. Hope he is still there when we are ready for our next car!
