I never came to the showroom. Only through email. I chose a new BMW RT motorbike due 1st march instead.

My overall service experience was great. I would like to share my convene over one the issues with the vehicle- blockage of screen washers. This problem appears to be prolific when searching online and ironically another person checking in at the same time was reporting the same issue. I would like to know what BMW are doing to tackle this. Thanks Jayne Lowe

I would like to say a big thank you to Jack Bourne from Lookers BMW Stoke on Trent. From the second I picked up the phone to try and negotiate a deal for a car to the moment I drove away from the garage the service was A1! It was a concern going so far to go and buy a car , but the experience and service that Jack gave us made it so smooth. Even after purchasing the car he's been on the phone checking that everything is ok and that I'm pleased with all aspects of the car. Service was 1st class by the two Dans, i was very interested in a m550i but could not reach a deal as the interest rate was to high. I liked also the spec on a new 5 series however the good wife was not taken with the colour.

Jack Casewell was excellent and was very helpful trying to put together a deal for a new car. Unfortunately I changed my mind and instead of buying new I decided to buy an ex demonstrator but unfortunately there was nothing else on your website similar to the car I eventually chose.
