From the very first call I made to Lookers Stoke on Trent the service I received has been fantastic. Jack Bourne dealt with my enquiry and he was brilliant throughout. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Toby who again was fantastic and is probably the friendliest manager I’ve ever met at any dealership. I also dealt with Dan the finance manager who again was not only so helpful and friendly but also very funny. As I was trying to find a car urgently I spoke with many different BMW dealerships. Lookers was by far the most helpful and the most professional, always putting my requirements first. We travelled over three hours to collect our car even though we had ample dealerships nearby but none of them could match the level of service Lookers provided us with. I was very impressed by Lookers Stoke on Trent and they have a true customer for life. Toby and Jack I’ll be in touch when we need an upgrade to the LCI!
