Absolutely amazing service with Richard Leeder and Martin. One thing just need to mention regarding the preparation pack. This service needs to be improved as the car is too dirty when I collect it. It doesn’t look like a job worth £500.

The checks the car had be for collection went above and beyond and no expenses was spared would recommend an approved used car from lookers bmw. John was very help full in showing me how things worked on the cars computer an sorted all the paperwork out quickly and efficiently with no stress

I would especially like to thank Shannon Amos, Shannon was very helpful and knowledgable and made the whole process easy. Although I had only initially visited to just look at an m3 Shannon made the whole process a joy that I just had to have it. In regard to the Service plan question, I’ve queried that with the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, he informed me this is not an option on the Lookers Approved only the BMW approved vehicles, so you may want to change this question as it’s not relevant.
