Showroom facilities were excellent. From first walking through the door, all of the staff were welcoming, friendly, approachable, and ready to assist. Any future follow up business, inc change of vehicle will definatley be BMW and conducted at Lookers BMW Stoke on Trent.

This is my 15th BMW so I am used to very good service from the vious dealerships but Lookers Stoke on Trent has been exceptional the manager Martin and particular Phil Cannan nothing was to much trouble I can't prayz him enough thank you very much Phil and Lookers.
