I did not opt for a car wash as I had washed my car the day before (It was offered) but I was a little put out when there were oily marks on the cars paint work. I do realise you cannot make an omelette without breakings eggs but the oily marks were clearly visible, they should have been cleaned off.

I was offered a wash & vac for my car before it was returned to me. Despite having to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for the car to be returned, it was as dirty as it was when I handed the keys over for the service. It's certainly apparent, from my experience, that the valet department quality of service needs reviewing.
