Lookers BMW (Stoke) took care of the repairs to my I3s after I was hit little while ago. Once they were allowed to repair the car, the communication and care has been as much as I could expect. Hard not to recommend them.

Rich was friendly, knowledgable and a joy to deal with. Very impressed.

I received a video but it was just telling me what the colours meant - I didn't receive a video of my actual car. I called several times throughout the day to get an update and promised phone calls back to no avail. So at 5.45pm I headed to the gym, in the coureousy car to get a phone call to say it's ready, so had to drive back to change the cars over.

Everything was brilliant , top guys and very professional … only one bad thing is that I wouldn’t bother washing cars if your washing them like you did mine , it was like 5 year old did it , I know it’s complimentary but I’d rather it not be done :)
