I found the person who dealt with me to give excellent customer service. I had to return a few minutes after leaving BMW as I had a warning sign on my dashboard. He soon identified the battery in my remote key needed replacing (I did this this was a bit odd as it was fine before bringing it to BMW). He immediately got it changed for me and the warning signal disappeare.d

Jack Carswell made the buying experience excellent and his subsequent communication was very helpful. Servicing not an option when you live 95 miles down the M6/M5.

From sales everything was going smooth however the service department could improve regarding their customer service. Bought the car on Tuesday, had concerns about the headlight condensation on the following day, paid a visit to the dealership where I was told it's not as bad as the M2 that I was parking next to at the time. When a person just purchased a brand new car they don't want to hear : "It's not as bad as the other one" bring it in a week from now, instead they would rather hear yes Sir/Madam I understand your concern regarding the BRAND NEW vehicle you just purchased, let us book it in and we have a look at what can we do about it. Feels like the professionalism ends once the vehicle had been sold to the customer.

Not sure of the ladies name who dealt with me but it was only her first week.She was friendly,helpful and professional
