Good customer care and communication

I was very disappointed with how my vehicle was presented to me when I arrived to collect it. It was an issue with the very poor standard of work carried out by an outsourced valeting company. The salesman Adam was very good about trying to sort things out, even correcting something’s himself. I voiced my concerns with the manager who appeared to be genuinely concerned. He did tell me that it is an identified issue that is being looked into. I was dealt with professionally and he sorted the situation out as best he could.

It was a straightforward process and Phil Cannan was extremely helpful and efficient.

I purchased a used BMW through Adam Melville who was really helpful and kept me well informed during the whole process.

Martin Turnbull was excellent having complained about noise on front end of car from the outset persistence on martins part and the mechanics identifying the problem, modifications undertaken once parts were obtained from Germany, in the meantime car loaned from enterprise .was 3years old rather surprising on BMW’s part . Repairs appear to have cured the problem.
