The standard of finish to the complimentary valet was not good to the point the car needs to be re washed. Also there are scratches on the left side wheel arch that I believe were not the there when the car was dropped off.

It was a long wait for the vehicle and Toby and his team helped keep us in the loop, throughout.

Demi made me feel so welcome and she was so helpful which made it a pleasure for me to by my new car Dan was excellent going through the finances and making it easy for me to understand, although we did everything over micro soft team meeting , He even came out to meet me when i came to pick up my car which i thought was a nice touch
