Lauren Was excellent at all stages you did not have a diff oil in stock rather than me waiting for an extended time for the car Lauren arranged a loan car for the day while the oil was delivered in . I was extremely happy with the way Lauren handled things , she did not mention the service plan as i bought one when i purchased the car from you a few months ago .
