Josh Mann at Stoke was excellent with his service. He was always available to speak to and made the transaction very smooth. On collection he presented the vehicle in an excellent condition . It is nine years since I changed my vehicle and Josh made it so easy. It was like dealing with a caring salesman .

Couple of snags on hand over but service has been brilliant

When I first contacted Lookers I was introduced to Jack Casewell.A charming young man on the phone.I gave Jack the spec for the car I wanted to buy.He then contacted me again to tell me that he had found the car for me.I travelled from Glasgow to collect the car on Monday 25th July with my wife.Jack was at the railway to collect us both.He is indeed a charming young man who managed to source the perfect car for me.10 out of 10 for Jack.

The salesperson Daniel Price made the whole process smooth from start to finish. All questions were answered in a friendly yet professional manner and he made certain that we were not rushed into making any hasty decisions. It was a pleasure to be treated with respect yet we could still have moments of laughter about some things during the process. All the rest of the staff were also friendly and attentive to us if Daniel was with another customer when we visited the site.
