My dealings with Lookers at Stoke Jack Casewell was excellant its a pity that they were not supported by BMW with keeping us uptodate with the delays.

Our main point of contact for our BMW purchase was the Sales Executive, Jack Bourne. We always found Jack to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble in helping us to make an informed decision on the model and optional extras. Global circumstances led to an inevitable delay in delivery (a situation we fully understand) and Jack provided regular updates throughout. Jack provided outstanding customer service. Our whole experience of the dealership was extremely positive and we would not hesitate to return and recommend.

I was disappointed with the delays in delivery but I believe this was out the control of the dealership. The showroom and service centre is a pleasant place to visit and I've always found the staff to be polite, friendly, helpful and professional.

Particular mention to be made of the excellent customer service provided by Frances Turner and her help and assistance throughout the whole process.
