Aaron was brilliant from start to finish. From the initial enquiry of the car and making a personal video around the car, to meeting us in person he was welcoming and offered all assistance he could. At no point did we feel pressure from Aaron or any other member of the team.

The staff named Ronnie presented very clear car introduction and she provided a great services to us. With her assistant, it’s easier for us to purchase the car overseas and finally, we decided to buy a car from Lookers. Surely will consider to ask Lookers for help in future.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Expensive but that’s BMW. My second X5 and both have been looked after very well. I will continue to use this Lookers BMW.

Jack Bourne could not of been more helpful, but sadly due to unforeseen change in my finances some of which I now need to direct towards my family, and as such I was not able to proceed with the purchase, just in passing I still have not received back into my account the deposit I paid on the car, I have had a couple of 3 series quite a few years back and as such would have been more than happy to be driving one again, kind regards, William Gerald Woodward.

Disappointed on price flexibility

The service plans are very helpful and I would certainly like to know if I cold continue to renew. My car is quite old but I have only ever had it serviced and its MOT at Knight's BMW, where I bought it and would like my loyalty to be supported.
