I thought Mark Graham gave excellent customer service throughout however he was scuppered by the deals BMW are currently offering compared to other motor manufacturers. You were far better than the service I'd received from BMW Sytner Nottingham (whom I'd got the car from!)

The costs quoted on the safety survey should include labour cost, it isn’t worth anything without the complete picture.

The young guy who introduced my new vehicle to me. Explained everything including the app I found him exemplary and so very helpfull and I'd like to thank him. Without his intervention it in no doubt be a mission

Jordan in the service department at Stoke was first class. The initial booking process via what seemed to be a Northern call centre(?) is very impersonal and leaves much to be desired.

Having contacted the dealership with regard to my break down situation I impressed with the way you handled the situation at no point did I feel left alone. My car was quickly recovered to your dealership and parts were ordered the car was ready for collection the next day. I can not thank you enough for your help and concern you had for me and my wife .I would like to say a big thankyou for the way in which my break down was handled.

Everything from booking to the customer service was brilliant. Everyone was very helpful, communicative and made our experience very pleasant indeed. However we did leave the dealership a little disappointed. When serviced by Knights the car would be returned washed, dusted and vacuumed. This was the first time we have ever collected our vehicle from Lookers and it was absent the service exit clean that we have become accustomed to. Was this service removed due to Covid? Again, everyone was brilliant and our experience was very pleasant, its just the collection that let down what would have been excellent service all round. First BMW dealership I can remember that doesn't offer this service perhaps things have changed?... Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.
