thanks. I was very frustrated to hear my 'wait' appointment was in fact an investigation that could take an unknow amount of time. Because of two factors: 1. I was very time poor at the time, and needed to work from your premises before heading off quickly, and 2. because it was only a headlight needing fixing (in my day I changed a bulb over on my driveway!) I was exasperated and cross. The young lady dealing with me at Stoke (Taylor I think her name is) handled me, the grumpy, middle aged, 6'5" man, very well indeed. Either you've trained her well or you naturally have very good staff. She handled my complaint really well, and went and sorted it, exceeding my expectations. I apologised to her later, which she also gracefully accepted. Very good customer service, and a credit to your business. Thanks.

Really don't like the central call centre the gentleman who took my call had to keep ringing back to my local dealership to get answers to my questions. Bring back direct calls when booking services to my local dealership

The car at the time of delivery, was not cleaned to the standard one would expect off, when buying a luxury, premium SUV. I would suggest to look into improving the same as well as tightening the inspection process on this aspect prior to delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
