I dealt with Jason Soden who couldn’t have been more helpful. Seamless transaction from start to finish on the purchase of my new to me 7 series. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car to me and see the transaction from start to finish which I felt was very generous. A very happy customer. Thanks!

Taylor was lovely and welcoming. She ensured I had a lift home as I was with my newborn baby, I thought that offer was so lovely and made me feel she had really gone above the mile (is that the phrase?). She rang to let me know the car was all finished and could be collected. She was great. I was also very grateful for the clean condition you left my car in. Thank you

I have been a customer here for a few years and we just picked up our new X5 M50i. Jason, Ant, Tony the HOB and Toby dealt with us superbly and if Carlsberg made car buying transactions the it would probably be the best !!! We have received AWFUL Service from other recent car buying experiences NOT THIS DEALERSHIP so to be dealt with the way we have is a credit to Knights North Staffs / Lookers BMW STOKE. I would like to extend my gratitude to the whole dealership for making us very happy with our new car thanks to the team.
