Lauren Simpson welcomed me with a smile. Took care of all the necessary paperwork and offered a drink whilst I was waiting for the service to take place. Once completed Lauren came back and explained everything about service then handed over the car keys to me. I was very happy with my experience at BMW

The lady from the service desk was fantastic at communicating with me and keeping me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle, showing me to the seating area and where to get a drink from. She really helped keep me anxiety down, made me comfortable after an awful experience with another branch. Thank you.

Jason Soden in Sales made the buying experience an absolute pleasure and he was a class apart from his contemporaries. I have bought dozens of cars over the years including 6, possibly 7 BMWs.
