Sean Bessex was the member of the service reception team that I dealt with - he was excellent. Unfortunately the service technician did reset the I drive log to record that my car had been serviced.This resulted in a 30 mile round trip to have them reset the log.

When I arrived and handed my key over the chap seemed to be having trouble finding my booking. I was asked if I had booked my car in for the day, so obviously there was a problem but when I showed evidence that I had booked I was then told my car wouldn't be ready until late afternoon but the MOT was booked for 12:00. If it wasn't going to be done at 12:00 why wasn't I told as I may have be planning on waiting. The video didn't show the tyre depth being measured and was not very informative.
