As usual excellent service from all the staff. Jordon always explains in detail what the issue is , the solution and the cost. Booking in for service and MOT is simple and he always phones to let me know the vehicle is ready for collection, any issues etc. First class - as always.

The vehicle required 4 x fuel injectors back in October 2021 but due to your part supply problems we had to wait a total of 6 months for the vehicle to be returned to us. The first month of which we didn't have a courtesy car because the dealership didn't have one available until 30th November 2021, so for thr first month we didn't have a vehicle being dependent on relatives to shuttle us around when possible. And now having picked up the vehicle from the dealership on Friday 18th March we now have a problem with the forward windscreen wash, the motor works and the windscreen wash reservoir is full but nothing coming out of nozzles, obviously the plumbing is blocked. The vehicle is once again booked in for Monday 28th of March to sort the problem. The Staff we dealt with at the dealership were very polite and helpful as possible.

Your service adviser Sean Bessex made the whole experience a pleasure. He was very professional, courteous and went to great lengths to explain all aspects of my car’s service, service schedule and current service plan. Came out to the vehicle to demonstrate some features also. I asked a lot of questions and Sean had all the answers and explained them well and patiently. The booking system using a central number based in Glasgow was appalling. Unhelpful and I was ready to sell by BMW rather than deal with an organisation after owning BMS’s for 30 years. When I byepassed this system and contacted by local garage direct , my experience was totally different - helpful , courteous , professional and a pleasure to deal with . Jordan in service could not have been more helpful.

Nothing to do with the dealership but extremely disappointed with BMW as a brand - I spent £40k on a brand new car for prestige and reliability. My car is a Jan 2019 M140i and I have only completed 14,000 miles. It has been returned to the Dealership for every service and health check with no faults detected. Following its most recent service (& now out of warranty) the engine was losing a litre of oil every 6 weeks - you state you have fixed the problem and BMW are going to cover the cost but my confidence in the car is shattered! I didn’t really get a satisfactory explanation to the route cause and fear the fault will return! And to add insult to injury, I have a newly laid drive way that is now covered in oil patches. Funny really as your sales team were chasing me for a trade in up until you had it back for the oil leak and now they have gone extremely quiet - I guess you don’t want the vehicle back to sell on due to your confidence levels too!
