Excellent presentation by Mark, very clear and detailed. The test drive was stress free. The cost of a comparable vehicle was more than the Ford ST line X, and the finance package less attractive The delivery was longer than we wanted. We have purchased and just taken delivery of the Ford

Mostly good, just very slow to progress, getting replies and figures often took 48hours in an instance when speed was important and had they come quicker I think I’d have purchased with you before Jan 1st. Other than that Mark was very helpful and offered some good alternatives after Jan 1st but better was available local to me at that time.

Excellent customer support. Both service and sales team were superb. Very helpful staff in general. I have a BMW already and recent service experience was exemplary. I was also looking to change my car and the sales team was very supportive and a test drive was arranged for me promptly. Truly 5 star experience.
