This is the second time we have purchased a car from you & your customer service is still brilliant from start to finish. It took less time at your showroom to look at, test drive & do a deal than it did just to sit in a car at other dealerships. There was no pressure or hard sell from your sales people at all. Even when there was an issue on pick up day which was not either your company’s or my fault they dealt with the issue & kept me up to date through the day. I’d like to say a special thank you to James Ashworh who we dealt with, Car sales men historically have a bad reputation but James isn’t one of them, He made purchasing our car so easy & is a credit to your company. Thank you Lookers Mini Stoke, When we decide in the future to change our car again, you will be the first showroom we visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just to say Weronika Froelke (the sales person)was brilliant She did offer me extra services but not in a pushy way & made me feel very comfortable She also listened to my needs I was very happy with the whole experience

Andrew Cresswell is an exemplary salesman. Informed, listens attentively to client requirements and looked to find a way to provide the product he was asked for, given we live in Scotland and car delivery would be preferred. I would have bought a Mini from Andrew as I was very impressed how I was treated (naturally subject to financials which was not a stage we got to). However, my wife changed her mind on her vehicle requirements (order now placed 05/02/23) so on this occasion we will not progress further.

Andy Creswell dealt with our sale, he was friendly, genuine and professional. This approach helped me to relax and choose the right vehicle. The rest of the staff in general were warm, friendly and welcoming. Best car buying experience I've had, overall a great team and atmosphere.
