This is the second time we have purchased a car from you & your customer service is still brilliant from start to finish.It took less time at your showroom to look at, test drive & do a deal than it did just to sit in a car at other dealerships. There was no pressure or hard sell from your sales people at all.Even when there was an issue on pick up day which was not either your company’s or my fault they dealt with the issue & kept me up to date through the day.I’d like to say a special thank you to James Ashworh who we dealt with, Car sales men historically have a bad reputation but James isn’t one of them, He made purchasing our car so easy & is a credit to your company.Thank you Lookers Mini Stoke, When we decide in the future to change our car again, you will be the first showroom we visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
