Emma was very professional when I was looking for a MINI Electric giving me time to understand the car's features and the different levels the MINI Electric has. Emma was knowledgeable about the car and the finance so all the questions I needed were answered. Unfortunately, my personal situation changed when my Part Exchange vehicle broke down and currently requires a lot of money to fix the vehicle. Consequently, I am no longer able to pursue but on the other hand, I would recommend Emma and Lookers if anyone was looking to purchase a MINI.

From the first contact regarding my enquiry of the car and to even after picking the car up, Ronnie was always available for all my questions and and information I needed. Communication was great on the phone and emails. Ronnie went out her way to sorting bits out for us.
