Andrew Cresswell is an exemplary salesman. Informed, listens attentively to client requirements and looked to find a way to provide the product he was asked for, given we live in Scotland and car delivery would be preferred. I would have bought a Mini from Andrew as I was very impressed how I was treated (naturally subject to financials which was not a stage we got to). However, my wife changed her mind on her vehicle requirements (order now placed 05/02/23) so on this occasion we will not progress further.

Emma was very professional when I was looking for a MINI Electric giving me time to understand the car's features and the different levels the MINI Electric has. Emma was knowledgeable about the car and the finance so all the questions I needed were answered.Unfortunately, my personal situation changed when my Part Exchange vehicle broke down and currently requires a lot of money to fix the vehicle. Consequently, I am no longer able to pursue but on the other hand, I would recommend Emma and Lookers if anyone was looking to purchase a MINI.
