There was some lack of communication and I had to keep ringing, but in the end everything was ok

From previous purchases from this dealer I have found that this time the communication from both the manager and in particular the sales person Emma have far improved.

Possibly more time on the handover - I’ve never had a Mini before and I think i needed more time to understand how the system works - I’m still struggling on the phone connection as it won’t connect and I need this for my job so I’m concerned it’s not going to work properly sadly

Ronnie is the most polite, courteous, friendly and helpful (nothing is too much trouble) staff member. My experience in dealing with Ronnie was nothing short of exhilarating, informative and a pleasure to speak with. Although we could not come to an arrangement on a vehicle (it’s not quite the right time for me to change financially) I would certainly contact Ronnie when the time is right. The lady needs a pay rise for her outstanding service in your dealership. A credit to the company.
