Possibly more time on the handover - I’ve never had a Mini before and I think i needed more time to understand how the system works - I’m still struggling on the phone connection as it won’t connect and I need this for my job so I’m concerned it’s not going to work properly sadly

Ronnie is the most polite, courteous, friendly and helpful (nothing is too much trouble) staff member. My experience in dealing with Ronnie was nothing short of exhilarating, informative and a pleasure to speak with. Although we could not come to an arrangement on a vehicle (it’s not quite the right time for me to change financially) I would certainly contact Ronnie when the time is right. The lady needs a pay rise for her outstanding service in your dealership. A credit to the company.

I should have received a call with the price for two new tyres the following day .I rang at 330 pm and the reply I got was you will receive a call soon , there’s time yet .Low and behold I received a call 5 mins later , I guess I’d been forgotten .Everything else was fine

I am a Motability customer so some questions do not apply to me. I dealt with Andrew Cresswell throughout and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is extremely personable, knowledgable, efficient and despite difficult circumstances, kept me informed and updated regularly. He was sensitive and accommodating of my personal needs, as a person still shielding, due to being clinically extremely vulnerable to covid. He is a credit to you, please pass on my thanks to him.
