Very pleased with Andy he went out of his way to help me make the right decision on my new mini. He kept me informed about any issues or progress so he is very keen to help me get it sorted and right for what I wanted.

I would just like to thank Ronnie the member of staff who sold me my vehicle. She was Patient with me and explained everything to me when it came to sorting all things out for my old vehicle and my new as It was my first car exchange and didnt really understand what I had to do. She went above and beyond making sure that I was happy with everything and my new car. She’s a great member of staff and mini are lucky to have her.

Excellent service re mot and end of warranty check with a follow up repair to be arranged. Disappointed that the car was not courtesy cleaned due to a broken jet wash.

The last question which I answered no was not 100%correct, the vehicle which has been to the service department has now got to go back as the work that was carried out has not been 100% satisfactory. I asked the department to investigate a knocking noise and was told and charged for a fix to the problem, however when I returned home the knocking has returned! My first action was to email the department to which I've had no response yet. I do however have faith in lookers mini and hope to have the correct solution put into place without being charged again for something that hasn't fixed the problem. I am aware that sometimes things can be missed . I feel that this is simply one of those events. John shaw Sandie Mcghee

I've purchased many cars in my time but no one was as efficient and knowledgeable as Andy Cresswell. Nothing was any trouble for him and he made the purchase of my new car seamless. Top Lad and I'll be back in a couple of years to get another deal done

So simple and easy. My mini looked after. Nothing to much trouble. Easy booking for mot. Already have a service plan and warranty when the car was bought. I just don't have to think about anything. You take care of it. Thank you.
