It was annoying only 35 miles of petrol in the courtesy car I live 25 miles away from Stoke and trying to drive a different car and not know where petrol stations are made it stressful. I left the car with just under 100 miles of petrol in so the next person wouldn’t have that problem There should be a minimum of 50 miles in tank Anyway apart from that all was good Thanks

The whole experience went very smoothly. The staff have excellent customer service skills with a friendly manner. I felt very welcome and most importantly ‘cared about’ which is vital these days.
