+PRIVATE+Firstly Lauren the Service Representative was very helpful and easy to deal with throughout, thank you.The however was on getting my car back, I noticed that the rear bumper was loose in the corner (adhesive & fitting required, I noticed this on the video link) this bumper was removed to put in the rear reversing sensors and for me wasn't fitted back correctly (I stated this on leaving, and Lauren kindly got the service person to come out and inspect it) Also the driver door handle key cover part is missing or it fell off on returning home (I can't confirm)When you spend good money and the service is meant to be of premium quality with BMW Mini, this let it down on this occasion, please note this is nothing to do with Lauren.I am in the process of re-booking my car in to get this resolved, however it does seem like I have to pay for this to be fixed, at the same time I'm having some other minor things being done as they were advisory's which is fair enough, I understand that as it's wear & tear and was noticed on the car inspection in the shop floor.

Easy to book car in, kept informed of the progress and repairs completed promptly. Very happy with the result

Ronnie was excellent, really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.I was only disappointed that the used vehicle did not come with car mats. Overall though 10/10

Very pleased with Andy he went out of his way to help me make the right decision on my new mini. He kept me informed about any issues or progress so he is very keen to help me get it sorted and right for what I wanted.

I would just like to thank Ronnie the member of staff who sold me my vehicle. She was Patient with me and explained everything to me when it came to sorting all things out for my old vehicle and my new as It was my first car exchange and didnt really understand what I had to do. She went above and beyond making sure that I was happy with everything and my new car. She’s a great member of staff and mini are lucky to have her.
