The last question which I answered no was not 100%correct, the vehicle which has been to the service department has now got to go back as the work that was carried out has not been 100% satisfactory. I asked the department to investigate a knocking noise and was told and charged for a fix to the problem, however when I returned home the knocking has returned! My first action was to email the department to which I've had no response yet. I do however have faith in lookers mini and hope to have the correct solution put into place without being charged again for something that hasn't fixed the problem. I am aware that sometimes things can be missed . I feel that this is simply one of those events.John shawSandie Mcghee

It was annoying only 35 miles of petrol in the courtesy carI live 25 miles away from Stoke and trying to drive a different car and not know where petrol stations are made it stressful.I left the car with just under 100 miles of petrol in so the next person wouldn’t have that problemThere should be a minimum of 50 miles in tankAnyway apart from that all was goodThanks
