James was fabulous, really easy going and never pressured me to make a purchase, he was really friendly and made buying my first mini easy and stress free. The initial contact with service team to ask for help with explaining the issues I was having with the displayI was informed that my service would either be 18000 miles or 2 yearsService Engine Oil displayed on a couple of occasions I contacted you about it as I had only done 15700 miles and October was the 2 year anniversary.... During telephone conversation I felt I was given confusing advice but staff were extremely pleasant and reassuring.... However 2nd time of calling a different member of the team was a little curt with me and contradicted prev staff member.... 3rd call was once again an incredibly helpful and informative member of staff so I booked the service and the service plan. Excellent from start to finish. Emma has excellent product knowledge and takes the time to understand customer's requirements. Options were outlined extremely well with flexibility shown whilst I pursued sale of existing car. Excellent part-ex value offered, only bettered by a few hundred £ by West London Audi who have a captive audience for the congestion charge-busting hybrid I was selling. Excellent presentation of the car and set-up of the tech. The best car-buying experience.
