We were a bit shocked at how the staff were dressed . My colleague at work mentioned it too when she visited last month . Wearing jeans 😯 we felt that was not a good look for such a reputable company . It all felt a bit rushed too.I did feel like the young lady who was dealing with me was not experienced enough, I would have preferred a more experienced Gentleman really. I wasn’t asked about servicing or gap insurance. The young lady was very nice but I didn’t really want to hear about what was going on in her life so much . I wanted to get on and do the deal really. I just feel the high reputation I had before had now gone down hill . I just expected more from Mini than you get from a normal run of mill car sales place . !! 🫤 bit of a shame

Andy Cresswell was fantastic throughout ! Been driving over 36 years so purchased quite a few cars. This was the most enjoyable purchase for both myself and my husband; from initial enquiry and reserving; arranging a test drive a few days later en-route from Scotland to Kent; processing the finance for husband back in Scotland; showing me all the car’s features; negotiating the final deal; collecting it 4 days later with bonnet stripes & repaired alloy wheel Wow! It also helps that I love, love, love my new Countryman. My first mini and don’t think it will be my last if this experience is anything to go by. Andy kindly helped me empty my car and set up my mobile before running through the sat nav, controls etc again with me as was px’ing an automatic VW so very different! With a full tank of fuel I was ready to continue on my next 200 miles home….despite the horrendous heavy rain I had a big smile on my face 😁 Car is a great choice for what I am after just now and we would not hesitate to recommend your dealership for really great customer service. We dealt with Emma who was extremely professional and followed up my test drive I haven't gone ahead purely on financial grounds as the dealership didn't have a mini in my price range probably too optimistic of me! Regards Angela Evans
