Great customer experience,. Unfortunately orders only due to lack of stock all explained, Packs now reduced to speed up delivery times. This has a impact on deals for the customer nothing to bargain with as no minis 😥

Staff were helpful and friendly, was updated about the car once everything had been done, not sure if the car was washed or hoovered but didn't appear to of been done this time even though i did speak to someone in mini prior to coming up as we'd been offered a valet as a thank you from the dealership.

I was told my car had been washed and hoovered which it had not been.I dropped my car off at 8:15am and picked up at 5pm-plenty of time ,Was told it would be put on file and I could call and get it done at my leisure 🤔Just please be honest
