I would personally prefer to book my car in for any work directly with MINI Stoke instead of your call centre in Glasgow. I booked my car in for a service and MOT in March but when I arrived at the dealership there was no mention of the MOT on the job card. Luckily everything was done on the same day. The staff and work carried out at Stoke is very good.

When booking appointments for 8:30 for the main doors to be open. I had to find an employee to let me in and he was also locked out

No additions just wanted to say we were kept informed on a weekly basis on what was happening with our car. We were satisfied with how we were treated. We have now taken delivery of our car and well worth the wait
