My visit to have a new battery fitted took 5.5hrs to complete - I had to wait as I live too far away from the garage to go back another day. This felt like a very long time.

Was told my car would be complete by 4pm. Arrived at 4.30pm and told car was not ready and would be at least another half hour. Would have appreciated a phone call saying the car would be delayed rather than having to wait at the dealership

Despite car booked approx 6 weeks in advance, had several texts and calls asking me to book in Very frustrating. Also asked about transport home when booked car in on telephone, said service not available, then when arrived asked if I was ok for getting home! Also said it would take all day when booked in, called to collect after 2 hours!

Sean Bessex was very helpful Wasted reception as you enter, not sure where to go Waited for over ten minutes to be attended to upon arrival. Only two staff members Booking was dreadful.

Emma was very pleasant and helpful, in the end it came down to manufacturer preference. Although the Mini was the better car, my wife preferred the familiarity of her Fiat 500.
