Andy Creswell was a star. Everything that was pointed out mechanically and cosmetically were fixed within the time frame that he had promised. I was kept up to date on the progress and he was really friendly and professional. He made the whole process really easy.

I would personally prefer to book my car in for any work directly with MINI Stoke instead of your call centre in Glasgow. I booked my car in for a service and MOT in March but when I arrived at the dealership there was no mention of the MOT on the job card. Luckily everything was done on the same day. The staff and work carried out at Stoke is very good.

Overall great experience! Emma and Ronnie in sales were extremely helpful . I would definitely recommend to others.

When booking appointments for 8:30 for the main doors to be open. I had to find an employee to let me in and he was also locked out

I’d like to say a big thank you to Andy Cresswell, who took the time to research the answers to all my many questions about the car, and was very patient when I was trying to decide whether or not to go ahead with the purchase. I was really grateful to be given the time to make an informed decision, and did not feel rushed into it or put under pressure. This was particularly refreshing for me, having had the opposite experience at other dealerships. Andy also went above and beyond by coming in on his weekend off to complete the sale, when he spent lots of time making sure I was fully set up in the car, including connecting up my phone, and talking me through all the various controls. I really appreciated all his advice, and his helpful and friendly attitude made the whole car-buying process a much more pleasant and less stressful experience for me than it might otherwise have been.
