Vehicle preparation could be better. Some minor surface scratches and not as clean as i would have expected. Needed to clean inside of vehicle myself. Excellent customer service and very efficient.

Staff were most helpful when I had to keep changing ny appointment. Video if checks is useful but please allow more time - the commentary was rushed and difficult to follow.

Given the lack of covid 'rules', I wondered why I had to book a 'waiting' appointment for my MOT visit, when recently I have been able to just wait for the car.

Difficult times for the new car industry but Andy Creswell handled the problems well and offered a suitable level of support which certainly was not a hard sell which would have put me off.Details of the 4 year service plan were explained at the time and we subsequently purchased the plan. I am aware that paper service books are now a thing of the past but a breakdown of the plan either electronically or on paper would be much appreciated.
