We were dealt with by Emma Cureton who was excellent. Not sure if she’s a manager. Bizarrely that week I had received a survey from Mazda asking my opinion of women in the car sales market. Based on our experience with Emma I would be more than happy to deal with a woman selling me a car again.

I was really impressed with Ronnie. Although there were unforeseen delays with the car I ordered, she managed to help me to secure a used vehicle instead which I am thrilled with. She is a superstar.

I put n/a for the service plan as my car already has the service plan in place. I was very pleased that the complementary valet is back and it was returned promptly and clean both inside and out.
