Difficult times for the new car industry but Andy Creswell handled the problems well and offered a suitable level of support which certainly was not a hard sell which would have put me off.Details of the 4 year service plan were explained at the time and we subsequently purchased the plan. I am aware that paper service books are now a thing of the past but a breakdown of the plan either electronically or on paper would be much appreciated.

My visit to have a new battery fitted took 5.5hrs to complete - I had to wait as I live too far away from the garage to go back another day. This felt like a very long time.

Was told my car would be complete by 4pm.Arrived at 4.30pm and told car was not ready and would be at least another half hour.Would have appreciated a phone call saying the car would be delayed rather than having to wait at the dealership

Andy was superb.Couldn’t have done anymore to secure a deal which I was happy with, was even a better car than I originally wanted to look at.
