I called in today without appointment and was greeted by a member of the sales team called Emma. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to talk me through the mini brand well. She was not pushy and listened to my requirements.Unfortunately due to being tied into a PCP deal at the moment I have been unable to progress further with regards to an order but I will definitely be back once I am in a position to do so

Excellent friendly informative service

We dealt with Emma at lookers. She’s was really patient with us and helped with the test drive and finding options. In the end we decided to stick with our car but in her credit Emma followed up on the phone a number of times to see if we were happy to proceed with a purchase. In this occasion we declined but I just want to say it was a pleasure dealing with Emma and we will definitely be back should we decide to proceed with the Mini purchase.
