Despite car booked approx 6 weeks in advance, had several texts and calls asking me to book in Very frustrating. Also asked about transport home when booked car in on telephone, said service not available, then when arrived asked if I was ok for getting home! Also said it would take all day when booked in, called to collect after 2 hours!

Emma was very pleasant and helpful, in the end it came down to manufacturer preference. Although the Mini was the better car, my wife preferred the familiarity of her Fiat 500.

We were dealt with by Emma Cureton who was excellent. Not sure if she’s a manager. Bizarrely that week I had received a survey from Mazda asking my opinion of women in the car sales market. Based on our experience with Emma I would be more than happy to deal with a woman selling me a car again.

We had to phone the dealership to find out if the vehicle was ready for collection rather than the dealership to contact us.
