I put n/a for the service plan as my car already has the service plan in place. I was very pleased that the complementary valet is back and it was returned promptly and clean both inside and out.

Gold star service!!! It simply could not have been any better the whole experience was perfect. Sales Executive Ronnie was amazing throughout the whole procedure; totally clear with her explanations, answered all my questions clearly if she was not 110% sure of an answer she asked the manager. If I wasn’t clear of what I was asking she clarified it with me before giving her answer, very conscientious and thorough with an approachable friendly manner. Ronnie is a credit to your company, your training methods and a very good representative.Andy the brand manager took the time to talk to us when we ordered the car and check that we were happy with everything when we collected our new Countryman on 1/3/22. This is my second mini, what I find from all the staff, is that they are only satisfied when you are fully happy with your choice, any finance decisions and if you are comfortable with any questions answered. Thank you to both Andy’s for their assistance yesterday.
