The lady (sorry cannot remember name) was very polite and helpful from start to finish from when I came into deliver my car for its first service. Very apologetic couldn't hoover out the car . Enjoyed the nice cup of Latte . A bit cool in showroom

I asked for a small repair to be looked at while in for brake fluid change but it wasn’t done and I forgot to ask, however the service receptionist didn’t mention it either so it’s still outstanding
