Gold star service!!! It simply could not have been any better the whole experience was perfect. Sales Executive Ronnie was amazing throughout the whole procedure; totally clear with her explanations, answered all my questions clearly if she was not 110% sure of an answer she asked the manager. If I wasn’t clear of what I was asking she clarified it with me before giving her answer, very conscientious and thorough with an approachable friendly manner. Ronnie is a credit to your company, your training methods and a very good representative.Andy the brand manager took the time to talk to us when we ordered the car and check that we were happy with everything when we collected our new Countryman on 1/3/22. I would not hesitate to recommend Knights North Staffordshire.

James was excellent

This is my second mini, what I find from all the staff, is that they are only satisfied when you are fully happy with your choice, any finance decisions and if you are comfortable with any questions answered. Thank you to both Andy’s for their assistance yesterday.

This is my 3rd mini. I love it, as I have loved my prevoius two. I cannot praise the excellent service I recieved at Knights mini, Stoke, enough. In particular the excellent service given by the sales person who dealt with myself, James Ashworth.
