Motability car purchase - James was very helpful and informative

My wife and I were very happy with the service from Knights in Stoke and chose to buy a Mini over cars that we were considering from other manufacturers largely because of the service from Emma Cureton, which was markedly better than that which we received from Knight's competitors. There was a bit of a hiccup when we were asked to sign finance documents prior to collecting the car in January having already signed everything off online in August. It felt like an unnecessary trip and wasn't helped by the documents not being ready. It was all sorted out in the end though.

Well am deaf. I told them. The video of the vehicle was 100% verbal which I couldn’t access. Such videos should be visual and subtitled as there are about 10million deaf/hard of hearing in the uk. Not everyone can hear as well as you can. Consider accessibility issues for deaf and disabled drivers.

I would have no problem in recommending this branch of Lookers to friends and family although I didn’t purchase this time due to outside factor’s when I start to look again it will begin at this branch 10/10

Jordan, Leanne and Sean all worked professionally and efficiently to get my car ready for a long drive back to London! Thanks to Iain Bottoms aswell for a thorough and detailed video of my EVHC and carrying out the work on my car!

First contact was Andy who arranged for me to view the vehicle as I had asked him if this was a physical car to view it was so I came to view it and purchased it and the was dealt with the process by James who along with Andy who were excellent and very easy to deal with. I did not get a service pack as I live in Blackburn and will sort that out in the new year .Mini Stoke excellent work .

Thanks for the opportunity to feedback. James Ashworth was exceptionally knowledgeable on the Mini Electric which we really appreciated. I am now struggling however in gaining a logon to the Mini App and despite calling the Assist number, I am now facing having to wait until I have my V5 before they will assist me further to gain access to the App - all because I missed the 3hr logon window following entering the vehicle number. The question I ask is why can they not get a verification of myself as the car owner through the dealer? Please help as this is frustrating! Apart from this frustration I love my new car!
