Great service, love my new car perfect

Dropped car off at 09.00am, I rang at 16.15 for an update on my car...was not finished. Did not expect an 8 hour wait for my car. Mr Bessex. Very polite, helpful and professional. Thank you to Laura for arranging a taxi at a very busy time when I Couldnt get one. Thank you Knights.

Overall one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Very easy, honest, transparent deal with excellent communication keeping me well informed when the vehicle was on order.

Excellent service throughout, although slightly disappointing to find the car still covered in scratches upon collection, I would have thought that removing scratches was standard rather than only doing it if the customer requests (which I had done previously, but was advised the message hadn’t been passed on hence the scratches hadn’t been removed)
