Mr Thorley was brilliant. Answered questions and vehicle returned when he specified. Delighted how stress free the whole experience was. So glad I purchased the service plan and extended the warranty on my car. Looking forward when BMW reinstates the valet servicing cleaning on the cars when they are returned. That would be the icing on the cake.

Our intention was to purchase a new Mini Cooper, however the px valuation fell short of that offered elsewhere.

Booking was very confusing online and I got through to the wrong place when I called the number - it was the main contact centre not the dealer. I was told it would be a long wait - around 3 hours but ended up being over 4 hours which was longer as the quote I had been given was wrong. I don’t mind waiting but it did cause me issues with work.

Daniel Thorley was superb throughout, he is a great ambassador of BMW/MINI/Knights. He is friendly yet professional, my thanks to him and the whole team. Also the courtesy car was great to drive, I really enjoyed the experience of the car. My best wishes to this dealership who continue to serve and look after me so well.
