Slight fault on MOT1 . Retested and cleared at the first opportunity.

I first contacted Knights Stafford South to request a test drive and was told I would be contacted to arrange it. Unfortunately, no one bothered to come back to me, they obviously are not interested in customer service. I subsequently contacted Knights Stafford North who were far more responsive and provided a very good service. Shame I didn't get the same from Knights Stafford South, although I have experienced their poor customer service when getting my BMW serviced.

My experience in dealing with Jonathan Mapes was excellent. I felt comfortable with the purchase and the process including the trade in went very smoothly.

Emma the sales rep who dealt with us was excellent - she has a naturally relaxed style and wasn’t patronising like some other sales staff in other dealerships had been. We would have loved to have bought a car from her but sadly we found a deal elsewhere that couldn’t be matched due to a massive emergency services discount.

As ever, just really efficient, staff were keen to help and ensure we were happy.
