I had to get a taxi home as curtesy cars are not used at the moment. I was fine with this until my friend told me she took her mini for a service to the same dealers and they paid for a taxi home and back again. So obviously I’m not happy now 😡

After several years (and disappointing experiences) visiting BlueBell Crewe, this was my second visit to Knights. So far so good. Will be interesting to experience the sales side of the business in due course.

Impressed with how helpful Emma was, just a shame the boot on the countryman wasnt a bit bigger or we would have had one

Emma Cureton is excellent, a credit to Mini. We dropped in at Knights on the off chance at the end of a long day having toured around various dealerships in Stafford and Stoke. At that time I had no idea what car I wanted. Whilst looking at the cars on the forecourt Emma came over to us and was extremely warm and welcoming, car buying can be very stressful but Emma is so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. All in all she has made it a very positive experience,

It was a shame about not having the vehicular valeted as I felt this was what warranted the higher cost as you got this additional “gold standard” service as the service price was much higher than elsewhere

I did have regular calls even to say no vehicles but they would still keep looking

I registered my interest in the Mini Countryman. Did not expect a call from the local dealership. I was offered a test drive, but I declined at this stage as I’m not looking to change my car this year.
