When I visited the dealership there was nobody on the front desk to meet and greet which gave a poor initial impression. Adam made sure all my requests regarding the vehicle were satisfied.

Brilliant customer service you're really well looked after and my sales person Andrew creswell was a lovely salesman who didn't pressure me and allowed me to decide for myself the vehicle best suited for my needs.

James Ashworth was the member of staff who assisted us through the purchasing process. He worked hard to help guide us through, not only during the test drive and initial order, but in the run up to delivery when we were completing documents electronically (which was a nightmare at times as the system crashed more than once!) James was really helpful and response to emails and calls when we couldn’t get documents signed or were unsure of something. He made the process easy and pleasant overall and we were very happy with his customer service

Service and experience was great, friendly and helpful. All went on time and as planned. Looked around, test drove a Cabrio yet Jen seeing it in personal decided the rear seat leg room and lost boot space isn't worth the price point. She wants it yet too much comprise as not just for her use. Maybe once our son leaves home she'll be back or the zesty yellow is available on other models.
