The inside of my car had not been valeted properly, still dirt in the foot wells and crops in back door pocket and the seats where dirty and overall car was very dusty inside, but the outside was very clean.

Andy Creswell was polite, friendly, obliging and jovial. He was easy to talk to and listened. The same applied to John who dealt with finance. We were more than happy with both of them. The deal came about as a result of bringing in my year old mini for the complimentary Summer Check- a useful point to remember for management. My only complaint - if it is one, - is the music in the Mini show room. It is awful!! Presumably it is to appeal to the younger clientele,- but it is your more mature customers who have the money! Just want to call out Adam Hubbard, new to your dealership who did an excellent job of helping us with all the paperwork and getting the car ready for us in the absence of the Sales Manager who was out of office due to self- isolation. Also, outstanding help from John Hulse explaining our finance options. This is the 3rd mini we have purchased from Knights and are very happy with the team there.

I found the communication very poor , I had to ring up to find out what was happening with my new car , I should have had a follow up call from a female on the Saturday morning , but had no call . This is the first time in years that I found poor communication
